• Create apps that violate laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the App to generate spam, harmful, or deceptive applications

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

Forge AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
